Job Summary :
The Clinical supervisor provides clinical and operational leadership for the outpatient rehabilitation program while maintaining an active role in direct patient care as a physical therapist. This is a working clinical leadership position and is not intended to replace the formal administrative responsibilities of the Outpatient Rehabilitation Services Director .
Education :
Position requires a master's degree or 5-7 years equivalent combination of education and experience in related area.
Registration/Certification/Licensure :
Physical Therapy Experience :
Position requires 3-5 years related experience as a Physical therapist
Other Requirements :
Maintains unit-specific and hospital competencies, mandatory learning, and any clinical certifications required in accordance with the Staff Education and Training policy GA-057 and/or any other department requirements. Required to lift and or move more than 100 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with modified lifting devices. Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. CPR required within 30 days of hire.
