Job Description

Join our team as a full-time Patient Service Coordinator starting at $19 per hour with previous medical office experience. College Park Physical Therapy & Hand Rehabilitation has an immediate opportunity for the ideal candidate with previous experience in healthcare, excellent customer service skills, works as a team player and can responsibly handle multiple duties in a busy, well-established outpatient office with multiple locations. Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to both our Silver Spring and Riverdale Park offices to work.
Schedule:
Monday and Tuesday:
6:30 am•3:00 pm
Wednesday and Thursday:
11:30 am•8:00 pm
Friday:
9:30 am•6:00 pm One Saturday a month: 7:45 am•1 pm Responsibilities include: answer multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, verify insurance benefits and eligibility, obtain insurance authorizations for therapy services, collect and post patient payments and fax, copy, file and scan medical records. Willing to train the right candidate in the Physical and Occupational Therapy specialty. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply as well as recent college graduates. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and will be required to pass a background check and drug testing.
