Role Overview The Caregiver provides hands-on support to senior residents, focusing on enhancing their quality of life through personal care, companionship, and engagement. Key responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting changes. The role promotes safety, dignity, and independence, and involves engaging residents in conversation and daily activities to foster a positive environment. Support for dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming space are essential, along with effective communication with families and care leaders. In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is also part of the role.

Qualifications and Skills:

High School Diploma/GED; age 18+ CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
