REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL OPERATIONS

Provide strategic clinical and operational leadership across skilled nursing facilities in the Maryland area, driving clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and operational performance. Partner with executive and facility leadership to establish strategic priorities, strengthen clinical leadership teams, and ensure consistent execution of organizational standards and best practices. Responsible to oversee facilities in Maryland with a special focus on: Turtle Creek Rehabilitation and Wellness Center

• 12021 Livingston Rd, Fort Washington, MD Provide oversight and leadership to Directors of Nursing and clinical teams across multiple skilled nursing facilities, promoting accountability, staff engagement, and high-performance cultures.

Drive clinical quality, resident safety, risk management, and quality assurance initiatives to improve outcomes and enhance the resident experience. Ensure regulatory readiness and compliance with federal, state, and industry standards, including preparation for surveys, corrective action plans, and sustained compliance. Analyze clinical and operational performance metrics to identify trends, address performance gaps, and develop strategic action plans that improve outcomes and organizational performance. Lead initiatives related to staffing optimization, workforce development, clinical education, retention, and succession planning to strengthen the regional clinical workforce. Collaborate with Executive Directors, facility leadership, physicians, and corporate executives to align clinical operations with organizational goals and financial objectives. Standardize clinical processes and implement evidence-based best practices across facilities to promote consistency, efficiency, and high-quality care. Provide leadership during high-risk clinical situations, regulatory challenges, and performance improvement initiatives, ensuring timely intervention and resolution. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, compliance, and resident-centered care while supporting the organization's long-term strategic objectives.
