Clinical Director Grateful Mind Wellness & Behavioral Health Services LLC is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to provide clinical leadership and regulatory oversight for our Adult Outpatient Substance Use Disorder/Addictions Level 1 program in Towson, Maryland. The organization is currently in the CARF accreditation and Maryland licensure preparation phase and is not yet providing services . We are specifically seeking a professional with Maryland substance use disorder treatment experience who can assist with clinical readiness, regulatory compliance, and development of the program. Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight for the outpatient SUD program . Assist leadership with preparation for CARF accreditation and Maryland behavioral health licensure. Review clinical policies, procedures, forms, and workflows for compliance. Assist with implementation of appropriate SUD assessment, treatment planning, progress-note, discharge, and clinical documentation processes. Provide clinical consultation and oversight to program staff. Provide or coordinate clinical supervision within the scope of the individual's Maryland license and approved supervisory credentials. Participate in quality improvement, staff training, competency development, and clinical record review. Support compliance with applicable COMAR, Maryland BHA requirements, CARF standards, ASAM criteria, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2. Assist with preparation for accreditation and regulatory reviews. Qualifications Active Maryland clinical behavioral health license in good standing appropriate for the position. Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, addiction counseling, or a related behavioral health discipline. Experience with substance use disorder treatment required. Knowledge of Maryland requirements applicable to outpatient SUD treatment programs. Experience with clinical supervision, treatment planning, documentation, and quality assurance. Strongly Preferred Maryland LCADC or other qualifying Maryland clinical license with substantial SUD experience. Maryland Board-approved alcohol and drug counselor supervisor credentials, if applicable. Previous CARF accreditation/survey experience. Experience with Maryland

licensing. Experience developing or operating an ASAM Level 1 outpatient SUD program.
