Patient Care Coordinator (Front Desk) Start your career in dentistry with a team that values growth, positivity, and patient care! Are you a recent graduate or someone looking to start a rewarding career in the dental field? We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Patient Coordinator to join our team!
What You'll Do:
Greet and welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude Manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and patient flow Answer phones and assist with patient questions Coordinate treatment plans and financial arrangements Support the clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience Close the office at the end of the day
What We're Looking For:
A positive, team-oriented mindset Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to learn and grow in the dental field Previous customer service experience is a plus (but not required!)
