Director of Operations / Practice Administrator

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations / Practice Administrator to help lead the next phase of organizational growth. This individual will serve as the operational leader of the organization, allowing the owner to focus on clinical excellence, education, referral development, and strategic initiatives. This is not a traditional office manager position. We are seeking a proven leader who can build systems, develop people, create accountability, and execute a long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities Operations & Leadership:

Lead all day-to-day business operations; serve as the primary operational leader; create accountability systems and operational KPIs; improve efficiency and profitability; develop scalable systems for growth.

Human Resources & Team Development:

Recruit, onboard, and develop employees; conduct performance evaluations; manage employee relations and HR functions; foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Marketing & Business Development:

Oversee marketing vendors and website development; manage branding initiatives; coordinate referral development and outreach; build relationships with referring providers and strategic partners.

Strategic Growth:

Assist in planning future satellite locations; support expansion initiatives; execute projects aligned with long-term business objectives.
