Edgewater is currently planning expansion into a new clinic located in Portland's Deering Center at Stevens Square. This newly renovated space includes a community gym, pool, basketball court, and outdoor turf. In this new space, we need a superstar patient services coordinator to help us keep the energy high and the operations smooth!
What You'll Be Doing:
Be the
Face of Our Clinic:
Welcome patients with a big smile, handle check-ins and check-outs, and make everyone feel right at home. Master the
Phone and Email:
Answer calls, field emails, and handle inquiries
Handle Admin:
Manage patient records, insurance info, insurance verifications/eligibility (training provided) and keep the office running like a well-oiled machine!
Support:
Work closely with the onsite therapist to ensure everything flows seamlessly and our patients are happy.
