Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Hand of Mercy Health Care (HOM) is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership, staff supervision, and operational oversight. The ideal candidate will be a licensed clinical professional with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Job Requirement Must hold an active Maine LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT license. Clinical supervision or leadership experience is preferred. Experience working with clinicians, case managers, and behavioral health programs. Strong understanding of clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, and quality standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, management, and the Board of Directors. Job Responsibilities Your duties will include: Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations. Providing supervision, guidance, and support to clinicians and case managers. Attending management and Board meetings. Conducting patient assessments when needed. Ensuring incident reports are completed accurately and promptly. Drafting clinical letters and other documentation when needed. Conducting staff development and training. Assisting with the onboarding, training, and supervision of new hires. Performing administrative, quality-assurance, and compliance-related responsibilities. Supporting HOM's leadership team in maintaining high-quality and compliant services. Your responsibilities may evolve based on HOM's operational needs, with reasonable notice provided. Work Schedule This is a full-time, exempt salaried position based on a standard 40-hour workweek. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The schedule includes a one-hour paid break. Occasional schedule flexibility may be required to support supervisory responsibilities and operational needs. Meal and rest periods will be provided in accordance with applicable Maine law. Paid Leave and Holidays 80 hours of paid time off (PTO) annually. 40 hours of earned paid leave (EPL) annually. 40 hours of paid sick leave annually. All public holidays observed by HOM are paid holidays.
