Hospitality Manager Oddfellahs is seeking a Hospitality Manager to help lead day-to-day operation of our sports bar and sportsbook. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for delivering a great guest experience, supporting and supervising the team, and ensuring the business operates efficiently, professionally, and in compliance with applicable requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day food, beverage, and sportsbook operations, including "hands on" shifts in all aspects of the business. Lead scheduling efforts for all departments Maintain strong standards for guest service, cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality. Assist in managing inventory, ordering, cash controls, and other routine operating procedures. Coordinate sporting events, promotions, special events, and high-volume game days. Monitor labor and operating expenses and help achieve revenue and profitability goals. Work closely with leadership on staffing, marketing, facilities, and operational improvements. Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming, safety, and other applicable regulations. Support other duties as assigned to make the operations the best they can be. Qualifications The ideal candidate is an experienced hospitality leader who is comfortable being actively involved in daily operations and enjoys talking sports. Strong leadership, organization, communication, and customer-service skills are important. Restaurant or bar management experience is preferred; gaming experience is helpful but not required. Manager ServSafe and gaming licensure will be required. Compensation The expected range for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on earned gratuity, incentive payments, bonuses, and more, with possible further upside.
