Job Description

Front of House Manager (Hospitality & Guest Experience) Full-Time or Part-Time We are hiring at The HUB Stadium in both our Auburn Hills, MI locations About HUB Stadium HUB Stadium is a fast-paced entertainment venue offering axe throwing, ice curling, football bowling, golf simulator, archery, mega darts, live events, and a full-service food and beverage program. Our team is focused on delivering a high-energy guest experience while maintaining strong hospitality and operational standards. We are currently seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to support daily operations, lead our service teams, and help maintain a high level of guest satisfaction during both regular service and large events. Position Overview The Front of House Manager will oversee service operations and ensure guests receive consistent, attentive hospitality. This role is responsible for supporting staff performance, training team members, maintaining service standards, and assisting with high-volume service execution. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys leading teams while maintaining strong guest engagement. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience
  • Ensure guests receive attentive, friendly, and efficient service
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout the venue Team Leadership
  • Supervise servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
  • Assist with training new team members and reinforcing service standards
  • Provide coaching and feedback to maintain service quality Service Standards
  • Monitor floor operations to ensure strong hospitality and efficiency
  • Reinforce expectations such as pre-bussing, upselling, and table engagement
  • Support staff during peak service periods Operational Support
  • Assist with shift management and staff coordination
  • Support special events and high-volume nights
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service Qualifications
  • 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Experience working in high-volume environments
  • Strong understanding of hospitality and guest service standards
  • Ability to lead and motivate service teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and organized in fast-paced situations Preferred Experience
  • Experience managing large hospitality teams
  • Background in entertainment venues, restaurants, or event spaces
