Job Description

Registered Nurse - Regional Medication & Resident Care The Brook Retirement Communities is seeking a licensed nurse to oversee medication management and resident care across The Brook of Newaygo, Big Rapids, and Cedar Springs. This is a full-time, day-shift position with designated schedule for each building. Responsibilities Oversee the medication program, including documentation, paperwork, and resident files. Provide clinical assessments for potential incoming residents. Complete timely and accurate resident admissions. Work closely with Building Managers to support resident and staff satisfaction. Provide leadership, problem-solving, and support across all three communities. Participate in an on-call rotation Monday-Friday and rotating weekends. Qualifications Must hold a current nursing license, required. 2+ years of experience working with the elderly, preferred. 2+ years of management or supervisory experience, preferred. Detail-oriented and organized. Strong problem-solving skills. Flexible and adaptable. Diligent, proactive, and dependable. Willingness to participate in required on-call rotation. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Must be 18 years of age or older.
