Director of Hospitality Woodland Village | Brighton, MI Are you passionate about creating exceptional experiences and building meaningful relationships? Woodland Village, located on the beautiful St. Joseph Mercy Brighton campus, is seeking a dynamic Director of Hospitality to help elevate the resident experience and lead a culture of service excellence. In this highly visible leadership role, you will serve as the heart of our community, creating an atmosphere of warmth, connection, and outstanding customer service for residents, families, team members, and visitors. You will lead hospitality initiatives, oversee admissions and census management, strengthen community partnerships, and drive innovative programs that enhance resident satisfaction and engagement.
What You'll Do:
Lead and champion a hospitality-first culture throughout the community Oversee the admissions process, resident onboarding, and census growth initiatives Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and community organizations Develop and implement creative hospitality and customer service programs Collaborate with leadership to enhance the overall resident experience Host community events and promote Woodland Village within the local community Coach, mentor, and support team members to deliver exceptional service
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, community relations, senior living, or a related field Strong leadership, presentation, and relationship-building skills A passion for creating memorable experiences and exceeding expectations Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is a plus At Woodland Village, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact while helping residents live life to the fullest in a welcoming and vibrant community.
