Building Manager at The Brook of Cedar Springs The Brook of Cedar Springs is currently seeking a Building Manager to join our leadership team in our beautiful community setting. This role oversees the day‑to‑day operations and works closely with the Clinical Care Coordinator and Corporate Staff to ensure high‑quality service and resident satisfaction. Schedule Details Monday - Friday - In Office Hours Some On Call and Weekend Responsibilities Benefits Up to $1000 monthly bonus additional Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance options Colonial Life Insurance coverage options Simple IRA Paid holidays Paid time off (PTO) Responsibilities Coordination of services for independent and assisted living residents Oversight of quality management initiatives Collaboration with community providers and referral sources Communication with residents and families Representing the community within the local area Staff hiring, training, supervision, and scheduling Oversee and submit completed timesheets and billing documentation Oversight of food service operations Oversight of activities programming Qualifications Experience in healthcare is preferred Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience Strong professionalism and flexibility Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Effective problem‑solving skills Demonstrates a high level of care, patience, and compassion for residents and families Experience in team development and leadership Background in geriatric services or medical settings preferred
