In this pivotal role, you will oversee clinical operations, supervise behavior analysts, and ensure the highest standards of patient care. Your expertise will drive program development, support families, and promote evidence-based interventions for clients with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental challenges. Duties Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), fostering professional growth and maintaining compliance with certification standards. Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations. Lead intake assessments, coordinate client evaluations, and facilitate initial consultations to determine appropriate intervention strategies aligned with client needs. Ensure accurate data collection, medical documentation, and maintenance of medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations to support ongoing patient care and compliance. Conduct behavioral psychological assessments and functional assessments to identify core behaviors and develop effective behavior intervention plans tailored to each client. Collaborate closely with families, schools, healthcare providers, and multidisciplinary teams to support clients' progress across home, school, and community settings. Monitor clinical outcomes through data analysis, adjust intervention strategies as needed, and ensure that services meet quality standards for behavioral health support. Requirements Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience working with children with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum. Proven experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders in various settings such as home-based behavioral therapy or school environments. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral intervention techniques, functional assessment methods, and diagnostic evaluation procedures. Demonstrated ability to manage clinical supervision responsibilities while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations including HIPAA and state licensing requirements. Excellent communication skills for client assessment, client communication, team collaboration, and family engagement. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation practices, and experience working within medical records systems is highly desirable.
