Responsibilities:
Supervises the orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Assists with performance evaluations. Participates in multidisciplinary meetings or committees addressing issues and implementation of new services. Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols.Education:
High school diploma or GED required. Work Experience 1 year of experience in a medical office required MA experience preferred Joint commission experience preferredAdditional Information Organization:
