This is an important position within our agency. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules, maintaining appropriate staffing for our clients, and responding quickly and professionally when scheduling changes occur. What You'll Do Coordinate and maintain daily caregiver/client schedules Match caregivers with clients based on needs, availability, location, and compatibility Fill open shifts and quickly address call-offs and scheduling changes Communicate regularly with caregivers, clients, families, and office staff Monitor schedules to help ensure clients receive all authorized services Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding caregivers as needed Maintain accurate employee availability and scheduling information Follow up with caregivers regarding attendance, schedule changes, and staffing concerns Help ensure dependable coverage and continuity of care Work closely with management to resolve staffing issues before they affect our clients What We're Looking For Previous staffing, scheduling, or coordination experience in home health care, home care, or a closely related healthcare setting is
