Qualifications:

High School Diploma required. Exercise Specialist experience with HealthQuest Physical Therapy, preferred The physical demands required of this position involve extensive standing, walking, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

Completes onboarding and training of all new ES staff. Schedules, supervises, and monitors the ES staff performance. Prepares and monitors the daily cleanliness of the clinic. Maintains the facilities equipment maintenance schedule, and schedules repairs, as necessary. Completes and tracks routine clinic inspections, ensuring facility cleanliness and maintains equipment in good working order. Completes and maintains a clinical supply inventory, and purchases supplies as needed. Maintains accurate records and proper display of Michigan Safety Data Sheet postings. Ensures the quality assurance program is performed accurately at all levels. Completes weekly statistical and weekly plan specific to their area for review by the Clinical Director.
