The Care Team Hospice is seeking an Administrator to oversee branch operations, support interdisciplinary collaboration, drive operational excellence, and help ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered end-of-life care. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily branch operations and support efficient clinical and administrative workflows Partner with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary team members to support quality patient care and operational goals Support compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards Assist with staff support, engagement, and operational oversight across the branch Monitor branch performance metrics, productivity, and patient experience initiatives Collaborate with referral sources, community partners, and leadership teams to support branch growth and service excellence Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on compassion, accountability, and quality care Healthcare leadership or operations experience preferred Hospice, home health, or healthcare management experience preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience with healthcare operations, compliance, and workflow management preferred Field Role Requirements Active driver's license Ability to pass a criminal background check Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check Current TB testing in accordance with agency policy Current CPR certification as required for the role
