Key Responsibilities:

Lead all program startup activities, including workflows, policies, and operational design Manage program budget, financial performance Supervise and support palliative care staff in collaboration with the Medical Director Oversee compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, and accreditation standards Support provider credentialing and payer contracting Ensure efficient scheduling, referrals, documentation, and care transitions Drive program growth, customer service, and performance improvement Deliver social work services during start up and as needed Participate in the Manager On-Call Rotation for hospice services ' Company Description Continuum Medical Staffing is a boutique national staffing firm with a big purpose.
