$65,000 Position Details Join the team at Waldron Area Schools as a student-centered Director of Student Success, Mental Health & Behavioral Intervention to strengthen district-wide systems of support across attendance, engagement, restorative practices, and school safety. Working collaboratively with families, staff, and community partners, the Director will primarily coordinate and deliver direct individual and small-group Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions within the district's MTSS framework. Additionally, this position supports school safety and crisis response efforts, including threat assessments, crisis intervention, and restorative reintegration, and requires a collaborative professional dedicated to early intervention and strong relational supports to help every student succeed.E-mail:
