Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm; No weekends or holidays Role Overview As a Registered Nurse - Clinic/Department Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and supervisory support to a team of healthcare professionals, including RNs, MAs, and LPNs. This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of quality patient care, fostering a supportive practice environment, and contributing to the overall success of the clinic/department. What You Will Do Provide first-line management and clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team. Coordinate and deliver compassionate patient care using the nursing process. Delegate, supervise, and document nursing care and patient education. Collaborate with the Nurse Manager and healthcare team to maintain a quality practice setting. Participate in planning and budget development for the clinic/department. What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field. Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse. Current BLS or ACLS certification per Henry Ford Health policy. Two to three (2-3) years of nursing experience in a clinical environment. Successful completion of Henry Ford Ambulatory Orientation. Preferred Qualifications Leadership experience.
