Job Description
Duties including but not limited to:
- Coordinate and schedule medical appointments for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Communicate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and appropriate care for patients
- Provide support to medical staff, including nurses and doctors, as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines Contact medical insurance companies and provide ICD diagnosis and CPT procedure codes for patient's illness, condition or injury for Prior Authorizations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is
REQUIRED
as well as knowledge of Medical Terminology.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of electronic medical records systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay:
$16.00- $18.
