What You'll Do Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism Answer incoming calls with confidence and care Schedule and manage various types of appointments Verify insurance eligibility and review hearing aid benefits Communicate financial and insurance information clearly and compassionately Perform clerical and administrative duties while following established procedures Support a positive, team-oriented office environment What We're Looking For A professional, positive, and friendly demeanor Strong customer service skills (medical office experience preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Clear and confident communication skills Ability to learn quickly, follow processes, and accept coaching Strong time management skills with minimal supervision
