A Clinical Services Supervisor I, under the general direction of a Program Manager, is responsible for supervising Social Workers, Psychologists, and other clinical team members within a client-related division of HealthWest. An employee in this class provides direct client service, performs assessment, and planning and treatment to individual clients of the agency to meet program goals, client needs, and agency standards. The Clinical Services Supervisor I provides staff education and training, provides technical assistance to staff concerning clients with special difficulties, and works with other providers on specific clients to assure coordinated care and performs related duties as required.1. Possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited college with a major in social work, counseling, psychology, or human services field AND meet one of the following experience requirements dependent on the position being applied for:

• Have one (1) year of experience treating or working directly with persons receiving mental health treatment (QMHP) or
• Have one (1) year of experience treating or working directly with persons with an intellectual or developmental disability (QIDP) or
• Have three (3) years of supervised experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of minors and their families (CMHP).

OR Possess an associate's degree in nursing AND be licensed as a registered nurse in the State of Michigan; 2. Possess a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a Michigan Driver License within 30 days of employment. 3. Must have reliable transportation that may have to be used to carry out job duties of this classification. Preferred but not Required 1.Bilingual candidates highly desired. 2.Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued. 3.Individuals in Recovery and individuals with experience in Armed Services valued.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
