Make a Difference Through Clinical Leadership Catholic Charities of Shiawassee & Genesee Counties is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our Counseling Services team. This is an opportunity for a compassionate and experienced clinical professional to provide leadership, guidance, and support to our therapists while helping ensure the delivery of high-quality services to the individuals and families we serve. What You'll Do Provide individual, group, and other forms of clinical supervision to Counseling Services therapists. Supervise, support, train, and evaluate clinical staff. Monitor clinical work and review documentation, including treatment plans and other required clinical records. Conduct scheduled client file audits and provide timely feedback and follow-up to clinicians. Monitor clinical programs, outcomes, evidence-based practices, and staff compliance. Lead staff meetings and training sessions and provide or coordinate training as needed. Participate in interviewing and selecting clinical staff and assist with onboarding and orientation of new team members. Assess the needs of clinical programs and staff and work with the Director of Counseling to address those needs. Collaborate with other agency programs, consultants, and community partners to coordinate client care. Assist the Director of Counseling with program development, expansion, revision, and evaluation. Monitor Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) outcomes and information. Represent Catholic Charities at professional meetings, community events, and conferences. Provide leadership and maintain efficient department operations when the Director of Counseling is unavailable. Support a positive, collaborative environment focused on quality client care and professional development. What We're Looking For Education Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or another related clinical field from an accredited college or university. Experience At least 5 years of experience in behavioral health, mental health, and/or substance abuse services. At least 2 years of supervisory experience . Licensure & Certification Current full clinical licensure as one of the following: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Psychologist (LP). MCBAP CADC, CAADC, or CCS certification, or a MCBAP Work Development Plan toward certification provided with the first 30 days of employment. All required licenses and certifications must be maintained throughout employment. What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who can combine strong clinical expertise with effective leadership.

Strong clinical experience in individual, group, and family counseling. Knowledge of behavioral health, mental health, substance abuse, and applicable regulations. Experience supervising, coaching, training, and evaluating professional staff. Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills. The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with agency leadership and staff. The ability to build positive relationships with clients, employees, community organizations, and partner agencies. An understanding of co-occurring disorders and appropriate treatment approaches. A commitment to serving diverse populations with professionalism, compassion, and respect.

What We Offer Salary:
