Royal Oak Home Infusion/Specialty Pharmacy
  • Full time, day shift About the unit The Home Infusion Pharmacy is responsible for the clinical management and dispensing functions for our Home Infusion patients.
About Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital Royal Oak Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital opened on Jan. 24, 1955 as a 238-bed community hospital. Today, the hospital is a 1,101-bed major academic and referral center with Level I adult trauma and Level II pediatric trauma designations. Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital has 43 residency and fellowship programs with 454 residents and fellows. Corewell is the exclusive clinical partner of the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine, with more than 1,400 doctors on faculty. Scope of Work Provides leadership for all Pharmaceutical activities within the site. Embraces the goals/objectives encompassing Pharmaceutical activities for the Beaumont Health System. Promotes team efforts to manage and achieve departmental/corporate objectives. Ensures that all staff meet/exceed minimum competency standards and encourage/support staff to continue professional development. Demonstrates good judgment and decisiveness throughout daily activities. Maintains knowledge of current Pharmaceutical practice and demonstrates a personal commitment to professional growth. Supports management by providing supervision, guidance, and support for all assigned areas. Participates in the planning, organization, and implementation of new programs and activities. Participates in strategies to increase market share, reduce cost, and improve patient satisfaction. Qualifications Required Bachelor's Degree Pharm.

D. or Bachelor degree in pharmacy. Preferred residency training 3 years of relevant experience Clinical Pharmacist Experience Required 1 year of relevant experience or Pharmacy Residency plus a minimum of 1 year hospital experience. Required LIC-Clinical Pharmacist
