About the Role The Patient Experience Coordinator Float plays an essential role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for fertility patients on their path to becoming parents. This position is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, customer-service oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments. As a Patient Experience Coordinator Float you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing vital administrative and scheduling support while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care. We are seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator Float to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility
- Michigan in Saginaw and Grand Blanc, MI . This is a full-time, onsite role that requires the flexibility to support both locations and availability to work shifts during the hours outlined below: Saginaw, MI
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday:
7:15 AM- 3:45 PM Grand Blanc, MI
Wednesday, Friday:
7:45 AM- 4:15 PM Key Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients, verify personal and insurance information, and direct them to appropriate departments.
Position Requirements Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a medical office, customer service, or front desk role.Skills:
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate:
$19.00- $21.
