As the Assistant Clinical Manager for Acute Rehab, you'll partner with the Director/Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations and drive excellence in patient care. Plan, organize, and direct patient care services that make a genuine difference in our department Build the

Get hands-on with budget development, implementation, and monitoring—turning numbers into meaningful resources for your team
Champion Quality:
Drive quality improvement programs that elevate care standards and keep us ahead of the curve
Optimize Staffing:
Help determine staffing levels that keep operations running smoothly while supporting your team's success
Set Goals & Objectives:
Collaborate on departmental goals and objectives that inspire your team to do their best work
Stay Compliant:
Ensure regulatory compliance and policy adherence across all operations—keeping everyone on track
Develop Your Team:
Participate in personnel evaluation and development, helping your team grow and succeed
Support Off-Shift Excellence:
Provide leadership and clinical support during off-shift operations, ensuring continuity of care
SCHEDULE
: Full-Time 40 hours per week, there is flexibility in scheduling; however, this role primarily supports off shift operations. Full-Time Benefit Eligible.
LOCATION
: Henry Ford Providence Southfield Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor of Science in Nursing Two years RN experience.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE REQUIRED
Current RN license in the State of Michigan
BCLS/ACLS
per unit's standard Certifications appropriate for specific unit.
