Candidates must have one of the following full Michigan licenses: LMSW

• Licensed Master Social Worker LLP
• Limited Licensed Psychologist LPC
• Licensed Professional Counselor Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead clinical staff: Provide day-to-day clinical and administrative supervision, training, performance feedback, crisis support, case consultation, staff meetings, and assistance with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and evaluations.

Oversee client care and program compliance: Review treatment documentation, monitor service delivery and productivity, ensure compliance with Habilitation and Children's Waiver requirements, support Person-Centered Planning, and coordinate appropriate clinical and community services. Support program operations and quality improvement: Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams, maintain required records and reports, participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensure accreditation and regulatory compliance, and support ongoing staff training and program development. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling . Current, full Michigan LMSW, LLP, or LPC license required. Minimum 1 year of experience examining, evaluating, and treating children and adolescents . Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and utilizing relevant treatment modalities. Waiver experience highly preferred. At least 1 year of supervisory experience highly preferred. Experience with electronic medical records highly preferred. Must meet requirements for Children's Mental Health Professional (CMHP) and Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) within 120 days of hire. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to handle crisis situations appropriately. Flexible, creative, culturally competent, and non-judgmental approach to client care. Valid driver's license and favorable driving record required. Compensation & Benefits $35.60
