MANAGER. T.R.A.C.
- The Therapy Research Autism Center. T.R.A.C. is seeking an experienced, organized, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support the effective delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This position will work closely with clinical leadership, Human Resources, Finance, and administrative teams to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality client services.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily operational and administrative activities. Support the efficient delivery of ABA services across assigned programs and service locations. Collaborate with clinical leadership regarding staffing, scheduling, client service needs, and operational priorities. Monitor employee productivity, attendance, scheduling, and operational performance. Coordinate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and staffing needs. Support credentialing, insurance requirements, authorizations, and other administrative processes. Ensure operational practices comply with company policies, HIPAA requirements, payer requirements, and applicable federal and state regulations. Assist with preparation for audits, credentialing reviews, and compliance monitoring. Identify operational issues and implement process improvements. Track key performance indicators and prepare operational reports for leadership. Facilitate communication between clinical, administrative, HR, billing, and finance teams. Maintain accurate and confidential operational documentation. Support organizational growth, new initiatives, and expansion of services. Perform other management and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in healthcare operations, behavioral health, ABA services, or a related healthcare environment strongly preferred. Supervisory or management experience preferred. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information. Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare compliance, credentialing, and insurance/payer processes is an advantage. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other business or healthcare management systems.
