Summary We are seeking a Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team at Your Neighborhood Dentist. This role is essential in managing patient interactions and ensuring a smooth experience from scheduling appointments to handling medical billing. The Patient Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting our mission of delivering exceptional dental care. Responsibilities Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations efficiently. Assist patients with Dental billing inquiries and insurance claims. Coordinate communication between patients and dental staff to enhance the patient experience. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the system. Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of dental experience Proven experience as a Dental Patient Coordinator in a dental setting. Strong knowledge of Dental billing processes and insurance claims handling.

PM Tuesdays/ Thursdays:
9:00 AM•6:00
PM Wednesday:
9:00 AM•4:00 PM And/ OR Alternating Fridays (Admin Day) : 9:00 AM-1:00
PM OR Alternating Saturdays:
9:00 AM•2:00
PM Software We Use:
Open Dental Weave (phones & communication) Dental Intel (paperless forms & consents) Dexis, Romexis, Trios and Itero (Digital X-rays)
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
