Job Description

Schedule:
Full Time
  • 80 hours per pay period
  • Monday through Friday 8 a.
m. to 4:30 p.m.
Pay Range:
$90,000 to $105,000 (salaried exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location. Your role will involve supervising personnel, managing clinical compliance, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering a culture of excellence. By balancing compassionate leadership with operational efficiency, you'll help ensure that every resident receives the best possible care in a supportive, dignified environment. As a Director of Clinical Care, you will: Lead & Develop Clinical Teams
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff while maintaining effective scheduling and staffing systems. Provide leadership, problem-solving support, and ongoing professional development to ensure high-quality care. Ensure High-Quality Resident Care
  • Oversee resident well-being by collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, supporting clinical goals, and providing hands-on care as needed. Foster strong communication with residents and families. Maintain Compliance & Clinical Standards
  • Implement best practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage medical records accuracy. Coordinate resident clinical needs with internal teams and external healthcare providers. Foster Communication & Improvement
  • Promote transparency, teamwork, and process improvement to enhance care quality and organizational efficiency. Represent Vivie in industry events and committees as needed. Other Duties as Assigned

This job also requires:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota. Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in clinical care, assisted living, long-term care, or home health. Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Demonstrated expertise in Electronic Health Record (EHR) software, with a solid understanding of patient data management, scheduling, and charting systems. Knowledge of assisted living regulations and compliance standards. Knowledge of nursing best practices, regulatory compliance, and care coordination. Ability to pass state mandated background check. Physical capability to perform all essential job functions. Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with residents, families, and staff.
