As a Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) in our TCU at Park View you will be transcribing provider and admission orders, maintaining accurate data, scheduling appointments and transportation, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Full-Time, benefits eligible position
Wage Range:
$19.31 - $22.10 / hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
Enter physician's orders with high degree of accuracy. Schedule medical appointments and transportation. Maintain electronic medical records for accurate census data. Provide ongoing customer service to residents, family members and facility visitors. Assist with inventory and delivery of nursing supplies. Complete other tasks as requested. Health Unit Coordinator (HUC)
Qualifications:
2+ years' experience as a health unit coordinator, or health information certification desired. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred but not needed. Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Accurate and proficient computer skills including Windows based applications. Time management skills for working in a fast-paced, multi-task environment. PointClickCare experience preferred.
