Full-Time Join Our Team! All About Dentistry is seeking a friendly, compassionate, and customer-focused Bilingual Patient Coordinator (English/Spanish) to join our Burnsville office. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll create a welcoming experience while helping ensure our office runs efficiently. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates with confidence and professionalism, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. No dental experience is required—we will provide training. What You'll Do Greet and welcome patients with exceptional customer service. Answer incoming calls and assist patients in both English and Spanish . Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments. Verify patient demographics and insurance information. Collect payments and explain financial policies when needed. Maintain accurate patient records. Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience. Resolve patient questions with professionalism and empathy. Keep the front office organized and running efficiently. Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (required). Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Friendly, professional, and compassionate personality. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to remain calm and positive in a busy environment.
