Overview We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Practice Manager to join our leadership team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our multispecialty healthcare clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional who enjoys leading and serving people, solving problems, improving systems and helping create exceptional experience for both patients and staff. Responsibilities Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring smooth workflow across all departments while maintaining high standards of patient care and safety. Supervise healthcare staff, administrative personnel, and support staff, fostering a positive team environment through effective human resources practices. Ensure compliance with health regulation policies such as

HIPAA, JCAHO

standards, and other relevant accreditation requirements. Utilize EMR system to manage electronic health records (EHR), patient information, and medical documentation efficiently. Coordinate with clinical teams to implement utilization management strategies and maintain quality assurance protocols. Monitor clinic performance metrics and patient management software to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction. Lead efforts in staff training. Experience Proven experience in medical office or healthcare practice management with demonstrated supervisory capabilities. Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulation policies including HIPAA compliance and JCAHO standards. Familiarity with EMR/EHR system is desirable. Experience managing teams in clinical environments with a focus on customer service and medical administrative support. Knowledge of medical billing procedures and managed care processes is highly desirable. Prior chiropractic care or wellness center experience is advantageous for understanding complex patient needs.
