Job Description

We are a leading provider of oxygen & respiratory products. We are currently in search of a Director of Clinical Services with operations and clinical experience to provide direction and oversight to clinicians across our network. Working from our MN-based office, this role aims to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of patient care by incorporating technology solutions, optimizing operations, and developing clinicians with the goal of enhancing customer care. This position is a Leadership role and will report directly to a member of the executive team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee a centralized clinical team and monitor daily Respiratory Therapy activities to ensure adequate coverage of clinical staff across the service area Improving and enhancing patient services through the use of technology solutions Performing operational analysis and reviewing performance reports on a regular basis to optimize performance Consistent communication across departmental boundaries and to all levels of leadership Establishes and ensures compliance with standards of clinical care, as well as maintains service line accountability for clinical staffing, quality, safety, service, and clinical excellence throughout the department Foster and develop relationships with key vendors Ensure updated competencies for all clinical staff and non-clinical staff trained to perform work for the centralized clinical team.
Compensation and Benefits:

Requirements:
5 years clinical experience required Preferred graduate of an accredited respiratory care program, RN License accepted as well. 3 years of leadership experience Valid Driver's License Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check, background check, and drug test

Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills Training and teaching skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience in the HME/DME industry Experience utilizing and maintaining computerized record management systems to process data, such as personnel activities and information, and to produce reports A desire to work with the public and help others obtain a better quality of life Dedication to our mission that includes caring for our customers with the highest standard of compassion, integrity, and care Experience in multi-site management or virtual oversight of employees Experience in a matrix-style reporting structure a plus, but not required Brightree software experience a plus, but not required We look forward to seeing your application and the opportunity to speak with you further!
