Fixed Starting Rate:

$23/hr.

Schedules:

 Full-time shift (All persons in this position should be prepared to work some weekend shifts and holidays.)

Job DescriptionCoordinate services including individual finances, activities, behavioral supports, healthcare, nutrition, family involvement, education/vocational services, and household managementAssist supervisors with maintaining consistency in programming, staff communication, and overall quality of careCreate and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and supportSupport implementation of behavior support plans, treatment plans, functional assessments, and person-centered plansProvide direct support and hands-on care during assigned shifts, including personal cares and daily living supportUtilize de-escalation techniques, crisis intervention, and positive behavior support strategies when assisting individuals with complex behavioral or mental health needsBuild and maintain professional relationships with individuals served, families, and interdisciplinary support teamsAssist with household tasks, meal preparation, medication support, appointments, community activities, and general upkeep of the homeMaintain accurate electronic documentation and communicate important updates, concerns, and progress to supervisors and team membersIf you're passionate about making a difference, we want to hear from you! Join our team and help us empower individuals to lead their best lives. Apply Today—Be Part of Something Truly Special! QualificationsRequired (Must-Have): High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance Basic computer skills Minimum of two years' experience delivering behavioral health services Minimum of one year of lead experience in residential services or a two-year degree in a related field Ability to support individuals with significant mental health symptoms, including physical or verbal aggression, property destruction, chemical dependence, brain injury, and cognitive impairments 

Physical Requirements:

 Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and remain active for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs 

Skills & Abilities:
