Pay & Benefits:

Salary:

$95,000 - $135,000 annually, based on experience

Placement Fee:

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily operations of the surgical services department, including pre-op, PACU, OR, and central processing Manage orthopedic and general surgery outpatient clinics Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards Collaborate with clinical staff to improve patient care and operational efficiency Lead department staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation Promote a safe and positive environment for staff and patients Maintain documentation and reports using Epic systems Support continuous quality improvement initiatives

What You Need:

Required:

MN RN license

BLS & ACLS

certifications Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a surgical setting Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field

Preferred:
