$80,000 to $115,000 annually based on experience

Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for a 2-year commitment

Discussed upon application What You'll Do Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services Support occasional SNF, home health, and school-based programs Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop patient care plans Document patient progress using Epic EMR system Contribute to patient rehabilitation and recovery goals Participate in weekend and occasional holiday rotations as needed

What You Need Required:

Minnesota Physical Therapist license BLS certification (current or within 1 year) Minimum 1 year of relevant experience Basic knowledge of electronic medical records systems (Epic preferred)

Preferred:
