Advent Talent Group is partnering with a growing healthcare-related organization seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors. This role combines administrative support, scheduling, customer service, insurance coordination, and community outreach responsibilities to help create an exceptional patient experience from the first interaction through ongoing care. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced office environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay Rate:
$20-23/hour Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional experience both in person and over the phone. Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage calendars to maximize patient visit opportunities. Conduct outbound calls to current, former, and prospective patients for appointment scheduling and follow-up. Support community outreach, referral-building efforts, and local marketing initiatives. Process patient documentation and maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Verify insurance eligibility, submit claims, and monitor claims through the reimbursement process. Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash reconciliation, and general office administration. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment. Qualifications 2+ years of administrative, office support, customer service, or patient-facing experience preferred. Previous experience in healthcare, medical offices, insurance coordination, or scheduling is a plus. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized scheduling systems. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accuracy in a busy environment.
