Job Description
Patient Scheduling Coordinator Cosmopolitan Orthodontics | Part-Time or Full-Time | 24-32 Hours Per Week Cosmopolitan Orthodontics is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a positive, team-oriented environment. A large part of this position will focus on answering incoming phone calls and helping patients with scheduling, while also providing administrative support throughout the practice. We are looking for someone who is warm and professional on the phone, comfortable multitasking, and willing to jump in wherever help is needed. What You'll Do Responsibilities may include: Answer incoming patient phone calls in a friendly and professional manner Schedule and reschedule patient appointments Assist patients and families with general questions Help manage scheduling needs across our practice Communicate with patients regarding appointments and other practice needs Enter and maintain accurate patient information Complete general administrative and office projects Help keep administrative workflows organized and moving efficiently Provide additional administrative support to our team as needed What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: Friendly, welcoming, and comfortable speaking with patients on the phone Dependable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Able to multitask and prioritize in a busy office Comfortable using computers and learning new software A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing Willing to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities A team player who notices where help is needed and is willing to jump in Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus! Previous dental, orthodontic, medical office, scheduling, or administrative experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Schedule & Locations This is opening is for approximately 24-32 hours per week , typically 3-4 days per week based on the needs of the practice. Our team rotates between our three South Metro locations based on the following weekly clinic schedule:
