Vascular Care Coordinator RAYUS Radiology $17.14/hr-$24.78/hr vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) Sep 15, 2026 RAYUS now offers DailyPay! Work today, get paid today! The pay range for this position is $17.14-$24.78 based on direct and relevant experience. RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Vascular Care Coordinator to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As a Vascular Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support for the Vascular care program including patient communication and Radiologist support. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday from 7:30am - 4:00pm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

(50%) Administrative and Technical Support Answer vascular care phone calls, schedules patients, and fields calls appropriately

Manage daily vascular care schedules for efficient workflows

Prepare patient letters, including daily printing, proofing, folding and mailing

Prepare and send out thank you cards to patients/referring offices

Handle imaging films and CDs coming in and out of the department

Manage electronic medical records (EMR) dashboard for patient workflow, pending patients, and appropriate follow-up

Enters orders in EMR for diagnostic follow-up patients

Manage prior imaging process for scheduled patients

Partner with clinical team to support procedural treatments

Assist technologists in managing Radiation badges, accreditations.

Perform follow-ups with radiologists on pending exams (40%) Patient Support Call patients with vein treatments scheduled for prep

Return patient phone calls with follow up as appropriate

Schedules biopsy patients and calls biopsy patients next day for follow up

Schedule procedures

Obtain prior authorizations for procedures

Make patient charts for clinic

Acts as a liaison between team and patients waiting for exams (10%) Performs other tasks as assigned

Required:

High school diploma, or equivalent

One (1) year of medical/healthcare front office experience

One (1) year of customer service experience

Microsoft Office Suite experience; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Preferred:

Medical terminology and clinical office background

Experience using an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
