Job Description

OBGYN West is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to oversee functions at their clinic locations. The position is responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of the care center, ensuring efficient patient flow, appropriate staffing, consistent workflows, exceptional patient service, and a positive and accountable work environment. This position provides direct leadership and support to front-office and clinical support staff and serves as a primary operational resource and escalation point for physicians and employees. The Clinic Manager maintains a highly visible presence in daily clinic operations, proactively identifies and resolves workflow barriers, supports provider efficiency, coaches staff, and ensures issues requiring higher-level operational, clinical, human resources, or executive leadership are appropriately escalated. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Clinic Manager is accountable for translating Premier-wide operational priorities into effective local execution while maintaining strong partnership with the physicians and providers of the assigned care center. The Clinic Manager monitors care center performance, supports resource allocation and operational decision-making, and collaborates with Premier leaders and centralized support functions to advance organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Daily Clinic Operations Staff Leadership & Development Provider Partnership & Operational Support Patient Access & Experience Clinical Workflow & Operational Standardization Performance Management & Continuous Improvement Financial Stewardship Quality, Compliance & Safety Communication & Team Coordination Qualifications Required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Three or more years of medical practice experience. Two or more years of formal supervisory or leadership experience. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage day-to-day clinic operations. Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, provider-driven clinical environment. Preferred OBGYN or women's health experience. Experience in a multi-provider and/or multi-site practice. Experience in private practice. Working knowledge of healthcare privacy, safety, and regulatory requirements. Experience with electronic medical records, patient access workflows, performance metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Pay:
$90,071.32 - $139,842.90 per year
