Park Dental Silver Lake is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience while helping patients navigate their dental care journey. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities Create a welcoming and positive experience for patients by greeting, checking in, and assisting them throughout their visit Coordinate and manage patient schedules, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication Answer patient questions regarding appointments, billing, and insurance benefits Verify insurance coverage and assist with patient account management Accurately enter and maintain patient information and records Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure efficient office operations and exceptional patient care Utilize scheduling and practice management software to support daily operations Assist with resolving patient concerns and identifying solutions that support a positive patient experience Skills & Qualifications Warm, friendly, and professional with a passion for helping others Ability to remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong multitasking and schedule coordination abilities Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service Comfort learning and utilizing new technology and software systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general data entry skills Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting patients and teammates Dental insurance knowledge is a plus, but not required Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or administrative roles is preferredWork Schedule:
