What You'll Do The Clinical Supervisor, Admissions is responsible for overseeing the admission process and collaborating closely with the national patient access and admissions team. This role also includes providing supervision, support, and development for clinical team members within port Healthcare's adolescent and young adult programs. $10k Sign-on Bous available! Additional Duties this role may include: Oversee both bachelor's and master's level clinical staff, ensuring their ongoing training and professional growth.
Managing practicum and internship opportunities for students, which includes tasks such as interviewing, hiring, and training clinical staff.
Conducting weekly individual and group supervision sessions, assessing clinical skills, and offering feedback on clinical assessments, therapy sessions, and group activities.
Ensuring clinical compliance and auditing
Provide coverage for clinical absences or vacancies by carrying a small caseload of clients and/or families as required, based on census, and/or as needed. What Makes You a
