You will serve as the Designated Manager and provide overall operational leadership, ensuring services are effective, compliant, and impactful. requirements Oversee all aspects of program operations, compliance, and service delivery Ensure ongoing compliance with Minnesota Statutes Chapter 245D and 245A Provide leadership, supervision, and support to staff and clients Develop and implement staff training and professional development Monitor and ensure accurate documentation, service plans (CSSP), and progress notes Oversee incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action plans Conduct internal audits and ensure readiness for DHS licensing reviews Collaborate with case managers, families, and community partners Promote a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to services Travel Locally to client homes and service locations as needed This role includes both administrative leadership and hands-on program support , which is standard for 245D leadership roles overseeing HCBS programs. Requirements Must meet qualifications for Designated Manager under MN 245D Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field (preferred) Minimum 3+ years of supervisory experience in home community based services or similar programs such as Assisted Living Strong knowledge of
