As a Patient Access Supervisor at Saint Cloud Hospital, you will play a vital role in shaping the patient experience by leading and developing a team responsible for delivering exceptional service from the very first point of contact. What You'll Do As a Patient Access Supervisor focused on our Emergency Trauma Center, you will lead training, education, and performance initiatives for Patient Access staff while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service across registration and scheduling functions. In this role, you will: Lead, coach, and support Patient Access employees across multiple service areas. Promote staff engagement and professional growth through mentorship and performance development. Monitor work quality and compliance to ensure accurate patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and authorization processes. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. Collaborate with leaders and departments across the organization to support exceptional patient experiences. Perform advanced registration duties requiring independent judgment, problem-solving, and knowledge of hospital procedures.
Schedule:
Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Saint Cloud Hospital Monday - Friday | 8am - 4:30pm | 8-hour shifts Weekends have a monthly on-call rotation Flexibility will be important for shift coverage when needed Pay and Benefits (Total Rewards): $26.74+ per hour however, we recognize experience and offer competitive compensation. Full Pay Spectrum for this position: $26.74/hour to $40.11/hour Full-time Benefits | CentraCare ; medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of revenue cycle experience or three years of leadership experience High school diploma or GED Working knowledge of all prelude/ADT/scheduling/insurance authorization, referral and RTE functions within Epic Why CentraCare?
