What You'll Do As a Patient Access Supervisor focused on our Emergency Trauma Center, you will lead training, education, and performance initiatives for Patient Access staff while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service across registration and scheduling functions. In this role, you will: Lead, coach, and support Patient Access employees across multiple service areas. Promote staff engagement and professional growth through mentorship and performance development. Monitor work quality and compliance to ensure accurate patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and authorization processes. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. Collaborate with leaders and departments across the organization to support exceptional patient experiences. Perform advanced registration duties requiring independent judgment, problem-solving, and knowledge of hospital procedures.
