Job Description As the Project Manager , you will lead construction projects through all phases of the project lifecycle while ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage Healthcare, Manufacturing, Education, Senior Living, etc construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Drive project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution efforts Lead project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and external stakeholders Create and maintain detailed project schedules and financial forecasts Monitor budgets, costs, contingency usage, and project profitability Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Coordinate procurement and subcontractor buyout activities Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Run regular project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
