Job Description

Linden Chiropractic Clinic is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to become a key part of our healthcare team. This is not a traditional receptionist position. Our clinic specializes in structured treatment programs for spinal disc conditions, soft tissue injuries and rehabilitation. We are looking for someone who enjoys oraganization, communication and helping patients successfully progress through their care programs. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, following systems, staying organized, and making sure important details don't fall through the cracks.
Responsibilities:
Answers incoming calls and assist prospective patients Schedule and coordinate patient appointments Manage patient check-in and check-out and collections. Assist with patient compliance regarding appointments and program compliance Monitor patient progress through treatment programs Help maintain efficient daily clinic operations.
Qualifiactions:
Post secondary education Freindly, Professional, Compassionate Strong organizational skills Comfortable with computers and technology Understanding of socail media Ability to multi-task Excellent communication skills Healthcare experience is helpful but not required Willingness to learn clinical systems and procedures. The right person for this position is someone who enjoys helping others, appreciates structure and organization, and takes pride in making sure patients receive an outstanding experience.
